What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, PayPal, cash, money order, and check.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on products inside the period of time listed on that products detail page. The product needs to be in the same shape it was when it was shipped. (New parts need to still be new, etc).

If you have a defective part or a problem with a part already installed reach out and we will go over options.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not been fulfilled we can try to get it changed for you.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Of course! Warranties depend on the product and it's condition (new, reman, used, core). Please check out the info on each product page for more detail.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes but not to every country in the world. If the site lets you set up shipping then go for it!

How can I track my order?

You will be receiving an email with the tracking information. Otherwise log into your account and you can see the tracking there.
