These may include promotional/marketing messages (e.g., equipment availability alerts, parts specials, inventory updates, industry tips), informational content, and/or transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, service reminders).

By opting in to the Program—such as by texting a keyword (e.g., JOIN), submitting your phone number on our website (rswwllc.com) or form, or checking a consent box—you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Messaging Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Messaging Terms apply only to the Program and do not alter any other agreements you have with us.

1. User Opt-In and Consent

You can cancel/unsubscribe at any time. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. We will send one final confirmation message after you opt out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Opting out applies only to this Program; separate opt-outs may be needed for other Recovery Solutions WorldWide LLC services if applicable.

The Program works with major U.S. carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas or on all devices due to carrier or technical limitations. We are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

6. Program Changes or Termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program (or these Messaging Terms) at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation after changes means you accept them. We may stop messaging if your number is reassigned, becomes inactive, or for other reasons.

7. Privacy

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your information (including phone number, message content, and opt-in records). By opting in, you consent to these practices.
